I tell ya!! I just lovethe pics of these birds!! They are so cool looking!! Thank You! They are pleasure to own and handle! I recently added some Manna Pro Conditioner crumbles to their feed mix to boost their protein intake. Sunday after I cleaned the pens out I put down some fresh alfalfa, they love to scratch around in it picking out the choice leafy pieces.

Love the photos of your chickens! It's like they enjoy being photographed. My Mommy loves chickens but like some of the others here, the critters get 'em

Here is my new SDW Pullets. I decided to concentrate on one color so I traded a trio of Red Pyles for them. I plan on getting 3 more SDW Pullets around the 1st of December. Pen # 2 / Trio SDW I will be expanding a little this next Spring and I plan on adding a trio of SDW or GDW American Game Bantams to my little flock. Garrett @ The Farm

Y`all need to get ya some of these little birds! They don`t take up much space, they don`t eat much and considering what some birds sell for, they are affordable.

About $10 a bird but show quality will cost more....$75 to $100 for a trio or so.

They are beautiful!! He is fantastic!! If he is better in person he is so beautiful!! Are they normally thin? Or they need a lil fattening? I know some birds are normally that way, I am just used to fattening them up for supper

These are Gamefowl, there is a lot of difference between these and domestic poultry. They are still young so they are just about the right weight for their age. This a Cock from the same line that I had several years ago, I would imagine the Stag I have now will look similar here in a few months. Here is a close up of the Pullet.

Just a few pics from this morning...... After I fed, water and cleaned the pens I sat down and enjoyed a tall hot cup of coffee and hung out with the birds for awhile.....Life is good! My Kelso Pullet in her new pen.....It looks like this girl is going to be a spurred hen. Greys having some breakfast and catching some morning sunshine.

Thanks, it`s kinda rough but I like it! I still have a few things to do down there...I need to get a wood burning stove and my old AC unit is on it`s last leg....I have electric in the coop, but I need to hang a light. I`m fixin` to fence in a small area out front for some drop pens but all in good time I recon! This is what it used to look like down there....

add a couple beds bro and the next time ya look out da window you'll have 2 more living creatures living there I used to have a futon down there and I have nodded off a time or two after a few brews... ;D I need to install a indoor outhouse and a rain locker to make it a fully functional man cave! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here`s a better pic of that Kelso hen, she is settling in nicely.
