I have another box , I will ask hubbs what he thinks I should put on it. I was thinking of maybe trees , I can do pine trees pretty good... But we will see what he thinks, It's kinda a guy box, a girl box, and a generic box So what do you think?

Those are nice. Usually the boxes are cheap at the dollar tree here, hmmm. Maybe I should look at this a little harder. I've got a needle-type soldering iron and a propane torch (maybe overkill, lol). Can you give us a hint about places to get good silhouette designs? Thanks.

My wood burner is a cheapola I got at some li craft store, it has like 3 lil attachments I got with it , it does keep getting loose , then I have to let it cool down to tighten it up .. Crap really!! The boxes I got from a friend, The place I am selling them at, they take a look at them and say .. OMG I want them!! I said no they have to be for sale , lol OMG i don't know what to sell them for ... I just don't know mogarden just google this www.google.com/search?q=woodburning&hl=en&client=safari&tbo=u&rls=en&tbm=isch&source=univ&sa=X&ei=RxmnULTPJon20gG_o4DoBg&ved=0CFUQsAQ&biw=1275&bih=629Or put in wood burning "ants" "birds" what ever and you can find a pattern I copied the pattern and just traced it out on clear paper and then got some of that black copy paper and traced it on the wood .. I know I do it the hard way , but it works for me Maby next time I will take a photo and show every way ... I have 1 more box I will take a pic of my wood burner also Thanks e1

In a way it is like your wood burning in that I use a stencil for my pattern and then fill in the rest of the design. One thing I found with my work is that using inexpensive tools doesn't work well. I would look for a mid range tool depending on how detailed I wanted to get would determine how much I would want to spend. Looking at the site you posted there is some very expensive tools as well as mid range tools, so that is a good place to start. The work you have shown is very nice and should bring a good price. Ruth loves the butterfly!!
