I have eaten alot of non flour breads and to tell you the truth unless you have been away from bread for a while they are not that great. Altho I have not had that brand. It doesn't really hold together that well. Altho I still eat it. I have to freeze it because it doesn't keep very well. I don't eat too much bread to begin with. But I see where the wheat and corn is not there and it is very good for you. I forget the brand I get once in a while. Good search on bread! Kudo's! I'll have to look into it! Thanks Spuds!

spuds, tell me what in the world you do to the Ezekial bread to make it GOOD. I have a loaf in the freezer and have "tried" to eat 2 pieces toasted and threw them in the trash.

Guess its not for you? Ours came fresh and I like it tons more than the breads loaded with chemicals I cant pronounce and cellulose fibers and shortenings and the rest of the chemists bag of tricks. Guess its a matter of taste, ours is robust with a slightly sweet flavor. It is a heavier bread.Much like real whole wheat bread. agree I will eat a healthy NUTRITIOUS pure bread any day over one that isnt. agree In fact I wont let a chemical factory bread into the house ever again shake. Not now that Im learning what nutrition is,and isnt.Have a lot more to learn too. And every time I find a red flag in the diet,as soon as I can find a better alternative,ITS OUTTA HERE! Thats us,sorry you didnt like it.

I've been thinking about this....If Ezekial isnt for you, might try the Daves Killer Bread if in your area. Its more conventional with wheat flour, sugar and yeast, along with sprouted grains,no GMO and lots of other good properties. That might fit your taste buds better?

any bread that I can make, replicate is good for me..at this point I have no health restrictions..and just getting away from an ingredient list that doesn't have words I can't pronounce is good enough for me; however, I'm always curious of what other breads taste like

I know what you mean bestoffour. I have to get Gluten free bread, can't have corn, soy or lactose in it. But I have learned that from going from my home made bread to eating the GF bread it taste like a bull pucky! But if you can stay away from other bread for lets say a month, then try it , it's not so bad. Your taste buds expect a certain taste and if they don't get it , it's yuk! But to re-train your taste buds you have to stay away from the other breads. I don't eat to much bread at all any more. Last night we had burgers on the grill and I found some GF Buns and they were pretty good! Most GF breads I have to get frozen and keep them frozen.

I put it in the toaster twice this morning which made it better. Maybe I just didn't get it thawed enough the last time with only 1 time in the toaster. I smashed blackberries, that I picked this morning, on one piece and put strawberry freezer jam on the other. Wasn't bad.

Good glad you were able to eat it Bestofour lol... I bought so many different flours to make GF Paleo breads. But it is a big pain in the you know what. 1st it takes so many ingredients and 2nd. some of those ingredients are so pricy. It just isn't worth it for me. I would be the only one eating it and I have never been about bread. I gave all my pricy flours to my daughter and said forget it. I am looking forward to the one day when I can eat corn again. Corn Bread is heavenly!

I'm the only one who eats bread around here too but I love it. I can eat a whole loaf in a day. I don't do that but I could. The Ezekiel bread is very heavy so instead of 2 slices of toast I'm only able to have 1. Wish squishy white bread was the healthy kind.

There's some problem with me and Ezekiel bread. I didn't know what was wrong with me but I didn't eat the bread for a few days and whatever it was went away. Must be some type of allergy.
