Go to www.repairclinic.com
They have More than one million parts for 160 brands of major appliances, outdoor power equipment, heating and cooling equipment and floor care including washers, dryers, stoves, furnaces, refrigerators, microwaves, you name it.
They stocked a part to fix my turntable on a 20 year old microwave for a couple bucks.Ive fixed my washer twice,a leaking water pump and a plastic gear that makes it spin.Parts very reasonable for most, probably have 50 bucks in my washer.
My latest was my refrigerator. It wasnt cooling and making a horrible groaning whining noise.I went to their site and described the problem. It says cooling fan.Now here is the cool part, they have VIDEOS showing repairs on about EVERYTHING!
So machine is droning along,in the freezer is the fan that sends cold air to cooling section of refer.I stick in a pencil, noise stops.THATS IT!!!
I take out 8 screws and fan is removed.New fan is 45 dollars BUT I know noisy fans often just need bearings lubed. So I sprayed in wd-40,wiped off mess, then dropped in a couple drops 3 in one oil along shaft to roll in.Hook up fan,no noise! Reinstall 8 screws and I saved 550 bucks on a new refer. It cant cool if it isnt blowing cold air efficiently from freezer to refer section.
My washer repairs just as easy, appliances are REALLY easy to remove parts on.
So I also ordered a new lower spray bar for dishwasher, old one broken down.A snap off, snap on repair.29 dollars delivered, due in a couple days. Also bought a new door seal there before.
Check out this 2 minute video on my refer repair.I see a lot of folks are having expensive problems, this might be the place to solve yours!
