5 cups cut-up rhubarb
3 cups sugar
1 cup pineapple, crushed with juice
1/2 cup raspberry or strawberry Jell-O
Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple in a large pan and boil 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, Dissolve Jell-O in hot rhubarb mixture and stir well. Pour into jars.

Does it tastes like rhubarb or the other stuff? I've seen recipes for fig preserves that uses strawberry jello so it ends up tasting like strawberries or having a jello taste instead of the fig taste. You can send me a jar and I'll do my own taste test.

Could'nt make any this year cause the damn floods washed away our rhubarb....but yes, it tastes more like ruhbarb than anything else in it.
