A couple people have asked what cornhole is. Here is a pic of one of the boards and the bags. You have 2 of these boards and 8 bags and 2 people on each team like horseshoes. I can get the measurements if anyone wants them. This is a homemade version, but the in-laws have a pro set and I will measure them and post the measurements. Didn't know where to put this post, if you need to move it Phil go ahead.

Lucy: If you could supply the measurements it would be greatly appreciated, as I have had no success in finding it here. From the photo you posted it looks fairly simple to make. And the bags I assume are filled with stones or sand or beans. What are there measurements.
Thanks Joe

These are the measurements we got 3 yrs ago from the very first set we saw. But I will double check the in-laws as they are regulation. If there are any variations I will let you know. The boards are 4 ft long and 2 ft wide. The top end is 11 inches high and the bottom is 5 inches high. the hole is 7 and 1/4 inches from the top the hole itself is 6 and 1/2 inches. The bags they had were 6 by 5 but the ones we've used lately don't seem so big. They are made of denim type material and are filled with corn, beans or beads, or even rice. I will measure the inlaws set when I visit next week and let you know if they are diff. It is a really fun game. Even our kids love playing it. If the bag goes in the hole it's 3 pts but if the opponent gets one in it cancels yours out. Like horseshoes. If a bag lands and stays on the board its 1 pt but the opp. bag cancels yours out. But if it hits the ground first then lands on the board no score, take it off. If you have any more questions, I will try to answer them.

Lucy: Thank you for the information and measurements. CP I went on that site and I agree they are expensive. I'm going to wait for Lucy to check her dimensions and Ill make my own. This should be a fun game and Ill be the first here to have one.

We went to the in-laws yest for a cookout and cornhole. Hubby measured and the only diff. is the bottom of this set is 4 inches. I'm posting a pic of Hubby and Bub here with one of the boards and more in the pic thread.
