 Last night when I went to bed JOJO told me JOJO daddy pretty baby bird yes siry JOJO loves daddy nite nite. This morning I found him dead in his happy hunt. This is a bad start to a bad year for me. As you know he was my constant companion he was given to me so young I hand fed him taught him to talk. His cage set by my chair so we could talk and watch TV together. He would sit on my computer when I was on it.  When I came home from the hospital he wouldn't leave my side when I came in the door he said I love you daddy.  My baby  Bratbird baby sitting JOJO  When Diane called he liked talking to her he called her Aunt DiDi when the phone rang I would say it's Aunt and he would say Didi. He would punch on his cell phone I ask who he was calling he would say Didi. My heart is torn out and my life a lot more empty. I can barely see to write this.  _________________________

Thank you Rita he is a Green Quaker and always talking will miss his running commentary or everything on Tv and tell me to get off the computer.

 Thats it quaker .. there was one in a pet shop a LONG time ago that just loved me .. couldn't afford him but he was sweet .. I called him "green bird"

So sorry phor your loss. He looked so adorable. I know you are heartbroken so my thoughts and prayers are with you. We lost our baby in Aug. of last yr. a dog but we r still not over it. So we understand your broken heart and grieving.

That you very much dld . Phil as you know JOJO was as near a son to me as anything other then human can be. He was always on my shoulder or sitting on the computer thank you all so much. Thank you Lucy I lost my MIMI last summer @ 21y/o she was the last of my late wife and mine dogs that hurt but nothing near as bad as this.

Waya i hope you wont give up on pets,there are many other Baby Birds out there that need someone like you to care for them.You gave that little fella the best life a bird could ever have had,please give another one that same 'Hit the Jackpot' life if you can. ............. |

Thank you Penny. Spuds I have a Sun Conure parrot I rescued out of an abandoned home almost 8 years ago. Also have 2 Amazon Rescues 1 Red Lored or Red Front the other a Mexican Redhead thanks to a friend in Parrot rescue also 4 dogs and 2 Sugar gliders I have rescued. Not likely to run out anytime soon. Maybe later I will get another Quaker will have to be a baby so I can raise it to be mine. But right now I just can't.

Spuds they have mourned but are getting better still look behind things trying to find him. Will post new photo's of the others today.
