WEATHER FORECAST: Warm 79-84° CLEAR...NO rain...Pulled these onions, laid em' out to dry in da sun... Couple hors later I was hurrying like a mad man to pick em up and get em outa da rain... Can't trust da radio station here this week, They won't say nuttin bout rain/storms, unless it's life threatenin... Because They are PROMOTING...the County Phair dats goin on... Didn't look like rain neither...but it snucked in on Me Two piles of em', have about a hundred+ more to harvest...and pick sum Lima beans .

Nice looking onions there! I've got no where good to store them, so I plan on trying dehydrating some this year. I sure wish I had a good, dark cool DRY place to store stuff. Our cellar would be decent, if we can ever get it to stay dry. May not be a possiblity in this area, as we are on a very high water table. Right now we keep the dehumidifier going, and that keeps it quite warm also.
I'd better get out and get some peppers picked - want to try dehydrating them too.

Thanks Ya'll, CF, dats all but 91 that the wind didn't blow over, they looking good too... It's been fair the last too days, reckon I should move them inside the grainery to cure

I swear......ever time i look at them pics, i set and wonder just how many pots of pinto beans it would yake to eat up all them onions
