Phorum Phamily...I sure nuff been busy with the harvest and all, got either mators, tators, or beans commin at me from all sides... SORRY, I ain't been here alot lately...Cavey, and the Other staff...Thanks fer carryin the ball around here...A few more hundred maters, a hundred pounds of tators and a few hundred onions...and a few Bushel of peppers (ferget da peck) and I'll be here like normal... These are da beans I picked yesterday

most likely can them Beo, the danged freezer is bustin at the seams....gave one bucket full to the pastor (Pastor Nancy) of the church we got hitched at, sum fer her, and the rest fer the congragation to hep themselves to... second good deed in a week... I most likely will still go to .....but maybe they'll gib me asbestos underwear

Beautiful BEANS! My beans haven't done that good, but I am happy with what I have done. I have gotten 63 pints canned plus some for my Dad and all we have wanted to eat. I am happy because this is the first time in 5 years that I have had anything out of the garden to can. Something was always going wrong drought, and critters mostly.

Thanx MJ, these are from a July planting that Laura did at the neighbors garden...she planted (guessing here) bout a 75 foot row (conservitive estimate). they did much better than the ones planted in may, but we're about beaned out here... sounds like you had a excellent harvest yourself.

Wow! those look great. We had a few meals outta our beans and dried a few messes for winter. Nothing like what you all do!!
