We have had a good onion crop this year. Managed to sell a lot of fresh onions with green tops. Now the growing is over and the curing begins. Hope it doesn't rain today we are picking up the crop from the field today. These are sweet onions great table fare. CF

Rita, we grow about 20 acres total (all crops) That is maybe .75 acre onions. Phil, my guess is about 10.000 # total onion production. They are kinda of a fun crop to grow. And they are all in the barn and dry, no rain, how blessed can one be. But it will be raining tonight. And I just planted 200# pea seed Friday. Happy Happy. I like growing Chiles best. They are our main crop. Our next crop to come off will be Shell beans. I think we might start picking them Wednesday next week. CF Beans photo
