I can understand why you want it. It is a beautiful house and yard. The only thing I question is the septic. 1000 gallons doesn't seem like much.
I have 3 tanks that equal 2000 gallons with 1500 feet of leach field.
With 1 acre, you can have yourself a real nice garden spot.
So......when do you guys close on the deal? (hint hint)

This is easily a 400,000 home ..I am going to call a loan officer today and see what we can do .. the real estate co is going to call me as well  wish me luck .. We really really need to get out of this town in a wicked bad way .. |

Go for it Rita, You can do some real gardening with that kinda space, the house has some nice plantings around it it looks like... No mo Ghetto garden  |
