Pear butter. Turned out pretty good. Did it in the crock-pot. Got 5 little 1/2 pint jars which is plenty for us!

I am not a fan of any kind of butters, except cow. We did can some pears and made some pear preserves. Now the wife she loves pear and apple butter. I like the taste of the butters, but don't like it on bread. I just don't like wet bread. Don't eat bread pudding either. CF
