End of march

So, it was the last day of March, beautiful day.

Finally got some shots of a bluejay






Here it is on the ground, it has a hurt leg(which you can see if you look closely at the pics0. So I took it thru the rails, didn't want to disturb it. I wanted to let it eat.

Poor little guy. Did he recover and fly away? Or was that hawk hovering overhead looking for easy prey?

them darn blue jays they will come sit in the tray feeder that is just outside our living room window..(attached to the window frame)

They LOOK inside at Us...like we are being "viewed"

Darn jays are mean to da other birds, thou they are nice looking birdies

There are 2 of these and they don't get a chance to be mean to the other birds because of the "cowbirds"? I think that's what they are. Black with a brown head. Keeps the cardinals scared off. Makes me so mad.
