NICE! That's some tasty stuff right there.
And what a beautiful piece of earth.

Thanks Ya'll... every year, I either get too busy, or the weather has turned bad...and I don't get the garlic in on time...or I put it where it will do good, but not great... and, IT IS GREAT STUFF...infact, I pondered it and came up with this... We/I ...use/eat tomatoes, or tomato based meals...maybe 2 times a week..sometime 3... and we give them the Utmost care and nurturing..and primo spot in the garden... However, we use garlic...almost everyday in our food preparation.. So, last fall we collected 3 varieties from three growers, two locally and Joe (jerseycub) Thanks Joe!! Did all the proper bed prep, did everything right...and planted them in PRIME locations.... Hopefully we will have a bountiful garlic harvest to eat, plant and share!!
