This here is a pic taken today of the first flush of my "some-kind-of-super-hots" hot peppers. Got them from Rita and started the seeds, feb it was I think. I need to look that up.

I'll probably dry and grind them for the squirrels next spring. No way can I even eat anything that hot any more. Should keep the critters out of my containers, tho. I do make salsa but with a somewhat milder pepper, 'course it all depends on the proportions any way. This year if my luck holds I'll have Bull's horn (a sweet Pepper) for flavor, Fish pepper for heat, tomato and onions, cilantro. I look forward to having that fresh salsa made from all garden stuff picked that day. ;D

You could always dry them put them into a powder and just use a bit in your salsa and stuff

They're starting to get a little red blush on them now. We're having a few rainy days so after that I'll get a picture.

I've got piquins and bull's horn and fish peppers to eat. The superhots are just not for me any more. I guess I could blend one up in a quart of tomato juice and use that with an eye dropper to season chili, lol.

This is why they leave them for the birds to eat India I believe is where they found them worst memory ever Keith ate a bite of them too .. think he deleted the pictures tho .. stage one bite .. 2 chew .. face gets redder and redder .. 3 tears start streaming down his face .. 4 fallowed by coughing .. It was pretty entertaining for me to watch .. there was no way in hell I was gonna try one after that

Seems every year or two there's a newer "Hottest pepper", I vote for naming anything hotter than ghost "Mustvideo pepper". Lots of entertainment there. ;D
