 So...I have been absent from the phorum..  Been tired & we have been busy..however we will be on a mission tomorrow. We have 2- 20lb. bags give or take a pound or 2 or 3 of apples that are in need of being made into applesauce. Prize winning applesauce.  We have tomatoes that we will be picking & canning. We have beets that want to be made into pickles. Carrots to dig. Tators to dig. Spinach to blanch. Cukes to pick. I will stop there. I am sure there is more.. We will let you know how well we did.
