Hmmm, are they going to be fresh cut flowers, or in a pack?

You could do carnations, gerber daisy's, lilies, delphiniums, queens anne's lace, tulips, sunflowers. These were some of the flowers that were in Natalie's wedding bouquet

Black eyed susans One of my personal favs, along with sunflowers of course!! Sure your not related to Ruth? Those are her favorites also, as a mater of fact she just finished a Black eyed Susie that had lasted since summer. It was one she had potted outside and brought in the house before frost and kept it going till the other day. We have grown Sun Flowers every season to attract the pollinators, I like the giant verities. I have never tried growing them in any quantity although other farmers in the area do. We just don't have all that much room. We also grow a good patch of a wild flower mix, but that was it for last season. I would like to dedicate one field to a mix of cut flowers this season......that would be 9,000 sf not a huge area but that's all I can spare.

Back in Mo. I raised several varieties of everlasting flowers: statice, strawflowers, gomphrena, babys breath and bells of Ireland...for a local florist. They are easy to grow... easy to harvest and was fairly profitable

Teddy bear sunflowers are my fav, but really if you're growing them for cut the smaller ones work out best ....... but the teddybear is really cool!! I grew them for a couple of years .....

Dahlias are one of my all time favs!!! My BIL grows them.. Used to be all in a line in front of his house , Just stunning!! Only thing is you have to dig them up around here and replant when all chances of frost are gone ..... BIL also grows glads only thing I don't like about them is they fall over ... but still very pretty!! I wish you alot of luck!! Make sure and try and to post pics sweetie

Batchlor flowers hold up well and i use to sell tons of rue leaves and dill with my fresh flowers baby's breath and lambsears, tansey, yarrow, strawflowers, stocks, larkspur and broom corn, foxtail millet, cattails, grape hyacinth, chives, garlic chives, and bee balm, astribe and love-lies,bleeding,heliotrope,and artemisia Edible flowers sell like hot cakes,i would put then into clear plastic in a cooler on ice then have one with a ice pack inside a container to keep it looking fresh.Chef's would come to the farm and buy them weekly on a day and time i picked for them to pick up.there is really good money in this. thumb2

There are lots of good suggestions here, some of the fillers we have, one is babies breath we also grow sunflowers every season for bee attraction, but we can use some of these as a helpful suggestion for the rest of our selections. Thank you all.
