PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - Results were released last week for a national study done by Feeding America. The study shows that many Eastern Kentuckians do not know where their next meal will come from. The study is called 'Map the Meal Gap' and it localizes the issue of hunger on a county level. www.wkyt.com/home/headlines/Study--211753171.html22 percent of the pheople in our county have no idea where their next meal is commin from......what a shame.

Cavey, very true what a shame. And its not just your area, ours is the same. Very depressed area. But we as a nation can send food all over the world to feed people that heat us. I really wish I knew what to do to wake America up. Whats happening to our America is shameful. I see it each day and it scares the out of me. CF

Our problem here is not the government givin to the pheople....it's the takin! They have takin our jobs.....a great many here lived for years on coal , tobacco and farmin many crops...now they are gone. I could go on and on, but it would be useless.
