Don't really care for seafood soup. Clam chowder is OK. But do like fried or blackened fish. Somehow fish soup just doesn't sound all that good. I bet you could find a good Asian fish soup recipe. CF

I used i pint of my canned tomatoes, one small jar of Clam Juice, on small can of Clams, 2 Carrots sliced thin, some Garlic minced , some onion sliced , a half small red pepper chopped , a li Salt and Pepper, I used a li Olive Oil to cook the veggies (Onions , Carrots, Peppers, Celery and Garlic ) All the fresh stuff. Then add the tomato 's and Clam juice. Then Let it get warm I then added some fresh Shrimp, let it cook another 5 mins, then add some of the white fish let it cook anothe 5 mins. OMG you really don't need to over season it! It is wonderful! But taste as you go and wing it like I did! And then post a pic!

I am cooking a GF pizza crust as we speak. It calls for 2 cups uncooked shredded Cauliflower , 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs , mix it all together and cook it at 450º for 15 mins. You then take it out and put your toppings on it. Cook it till the cheese is a lil browned and there ya have it! I will have pics soon

Mix it all together with a fork. Get the egg in there good. The egg is the binder Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit in your pizza pan. I questioned this but did it anyway. Seems to be alot of moisture in this recipe and the parchment paper kinda soaked it up. Then with your fingers press it all out on the parchment paper to get it thin. you don't want holes but you want it thin. middle of mine could of been thinner .. cook it 350º for 15 mins. I thought I turned my oven off and I left it in there to rest and almost burned it. I actually liked it cooked that way

Then you put your sauce and toppings on and put it back in till the cheese is the way you like it! I accidentally got low fat cheese! Pfft! but I actually like the pizza. I think take the cheese out and I could make a wrap but It wasn't a good choice to have pepperoni ugh

That looks great Wendy...Laura would like it "browned" like that...I'm picky about the degree of brown ..like things "golden brown" we have the brown/burnt debate every time the toaster pops up

Simple Paleo Tortillas Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 5 mins Total time: 15 mins Serves: Three 8" tortillas Ingredients 2 eggs 1 tsp (5 mL) melted ghee (sub: melted coconut oil) 1 tbsp (15 mL) water ¼ cup (33 g) arrowroot powder 1 tsp (3 g) coconut flour Pinch sea salt *If making crepes for a sweet application, add ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions Crack the eggs into a medium-sized bowl and whisk in the melted ghee and water. Add the dry ingredients—arrowroot, coconut flour and salt—and beat well to combine. In a small (8") skillet over medium heat, pour in about ⅓ of the batter and immediately roll it around to evenly coat the bottom. The tortilla should start to pull away from the edges as it cooks. Cook for 1 minute on each side. If saving for later, cool completely and store in a plastic bag or airtight glass container. Notes You can substitute tapioca flour for the arrowroot.

w8in wish we lived closer cuz if you cook it I'll eat it. I was watching My 600 Pound Life last night and thought I could stay on 1000 calories a day if someone would cook it for me. It's not hard, it's just me having the Corn allergy/ intolerance is daunting! Alot of my problem is they want some ridicules stuff in some of these recipes or to make something so simple they want 20 things I don't have!! Crazy! So when I find some thng like this! I love it!
