My poor pepper plants that lived through some very hot Texas heat during the summer are coming back to life. after our first good rain a couple weeks ago I gave them some Espoma Garden Tone and now lost leaves are growing back on one bell that only had top leaves and one jalapeno and my Thai pepper is in full bloom. Btw the Jalapeno that is blooming has one pod so far. Also three plants I bought at HEB recently are doing well and should be in bloom any time now. So despite everything we should have some peppers in the near future.

Glad that they are coming back for you Kevin....nothing like fresh peppers straight from the garden!

They sure are good.Been missing having my peppers.Use to have great luck with them in Ohio.Btw last month I found Manzano peppers in a local HEB. Very good peppers with a kick. Was very surprised to see them in the produce section.
