Yesterday we put the snow plow and chains on the JD X300 to prepare for winter snow although it was raining and 65° out. No chance it will stay that way. It's down to 35° today and we are expecting some light snow tonight.
John Deere sure did some poor engineering on the attachment of the snow plow, what a PITA it is.

See plow and chains on and it's 54° out. That's my lucky charm!

Ya xdx I'm getting prepared for the snow tomorrow and Friday, Rite now I'm watching a young doe testing our fence in the back corner of the field, these security cameras are great for checking the property I can pan and zoom anywhere in the yard. There is a small heard of deer in our area that have done a lot of damage to crops and landscape, problem is no one hunts in this area because it's all privately owned...besides that ya can't control all the deer by hunting. Well I'm prepared to plow snow i-fin it comes. Good luck with your snow plowing bro and Happy new year!
