DIY “Vicks ®” Rub (courtesy of The Essential Homestead)
Supplies:
1/4 oz beeswax 1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil 10 drops peppermint essential oil 10 drops wintergreen OR white fir essential oil
Gently melt the beeswax and olive oil/coconut oil in a double boiler. Remove from heat, allow it to slighly cool, then add in essential oils.
Store in a small glass container. Apply it to the bottoms of feet and chest.

No I am just a weirdo with the means to make anything I find a recipe or instructions for ... I just bought a book to make my own cosmetics etc also .. soo I guess thats my next mission in life ..

Yea I don't either I wear my jeans and old shoes and a hoodie! Usually have 2 shirts under it! Not like my friend I go shopping with that has to be in the bathroom foo foo ing in there for 2 hrs before she goes to the grocery store. I'm like it's the grocery store not a beauty pageant! OMG!! Lets get a movin! I'd like to be home before 10 pm!

Recently I came across many uses for the Vick Vapor Rub online and copied it. I can say I have used it on my hands for temporary relief for my eczema. Passing it along to you all. I do plan to make your rub Rita. Thanks for posting it.

Vicks now is not like Vicks use to be.
At Dollar Tree I found Chest Rub for $1 a jar. I have not used it but got a jar to have on hand. I would sure would not put in my hair.
