Or I didn't anyway. Cellulose is plant fiber it is used to put in foods to bulk them up, alot of stuff has Cellulose in it. But the thing is Cellulose also is tree fiber. Yup they but wood in your food. It has no nutritional value it just bulks up the food and goes out the other end. Unless you have a certain disorder like Gastro Paresis , Aka Paralyzed stomach. Then it will set in your stomach and cause a world of problems. So the answer is to not eat cellulose and alot of other fibrous plants like broccoli and the like. It really tick me off most of us do not know this, I my self know "now" I am not eating much of it anyway. Because of my diet I go by now. But could it have been some of my problem? I think so.
