Mrs would like the dough and pizza 2706 recipe when you have time.... will do Mrs. Spuds I'm just here quick to check in and the weather before we head to the winter market..the recipe I posted in this thread..the only variations in that is we shredded the mozzarella cheese instead of rounds of fresh, and we used a plain old pizza pan...no inverted sheet as it said in the recipe..let me look quick to see if I have the dough recipe in my recipe file on this computer 2706 no I do not...later or in the morning I will try to wrestle that ornery scanner thingy No hurry, and thanks!

Spuds...I obviously need to study this darned scanner...But...I did find the recipe on my other computer and copied and pasted..with my added notes Dough 2 1/2 c all purpose flour 1 envelope rapid rise yeast (I have used active dry too) 3/4 t salt 1 c very warm water (between 120 and 130 degrees) combine 2 cups of the flour, yeast and salt mix in water add remaining 1/2 cup of flour and combine until dough pulls from the edge of bowl knead for 4-5 minutes until smooth, elastic dough is formed. cover and let rest for 10 minutes roll or pull out to the desired size and shape (I never roll it out, this is easily pulled and shaped) grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil and place dough on to cook

I still have half of the piece of steak left for tonight. I bought 4 steaks and cut in half and froze. I figure 8 meals. That piece will do me two. Tasted pretty darn good to me. The other half that steak will have a bone it in so small on meat. \ I think I will do seasoned mashed potatoes to go with it and green beans for tonight. I still have plenty of dinner rolls left. They really stocked me on breads. I froze.

We bought some Flat Iron steaks , had them with my son and his wife, then again last night. I have a lil beef left over from that I might cut into strips and have for tonight. with some veggies, I will cut up my french fries and cook them in there also. Have to go get something for my daughter she is vegetarian, I like to have snacks and stuff for them.

When we were so busy with the farmers markets we ate poorly.. sandwiches..& no time to really cook a meal! Now we have time to fix our meals & I gotta tell ya..Phil is a GREAT COOK!! I can cook but.I like his cooking better! I like making stuff that isn't quite as good for us..SWEETS! Here is a quick recipe..take an 18 ounce cake mix & 8 ounce tub of cool whip & 1 egg mix the 3 together & roll the cookies in a ball about 1 & 1/2 tsp. then roll in powder sugar & bake in a 350° for a good 17 min. & you will have a very soft & tasty cookie. We used a lemon mix the first time & we will do it again with a white cake mix & maybe a little flavoring..almond maybe.. Any ways..we have time now to cook..

One of my favs!! We buy them up north so cheap and fresh. I did find some down here lil pricier, just not easy to find here. I was shocked when I found them. Tonight we are having left overs from last night hamburgers, Deer sausage, smoked sausage. Potatoes and a salad.
