Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt ½ to 1 cup fresh or frozen berries Banana - can use frozen in slices or fresh (Add other soft fruit as desired, in season: peach, apricot, plum, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. No sugar is needed because of the natural sweetness of the fruit.

Thanks for this Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie recipe. You know I am quite health conscious and my day starts with a glass full of Green drink. For more than 5 years I have been drinking it regularly. I’ll definitely try your recipe!
