Cats can have a territory a few miles away, we had a cat that would leave a few days and then come home again for a feeding.

I will go out there this morning before I go to work and see if the Little Cat is there. I do worry. It is my Nature to do so. She is such a nice cat. And would no doubt go home with anyone who picked her up. She likes the inside of cars and the trunk.

No Little Cat on Monday either. I went to the farm down the road to see if she was there. No sign of her. I think she got lost some place. Yetti is here. I figured if he was back she would be also. Will check again this morning before I hit the road.

That is the cutest pic. !!! We are thinkin Little Cat got herself into Girl trouble. She has quite a tummy on her. She ventured outside today to be with us while we were choppin the punkins. Now we have a mess of that stuff in the garden. Took us a few hours to get it done.

oh we have tons of out bulidings they can go in, but it just doen't seem to be enough, i don't think the mamas take as good care of them in the fall, it's like they know that if the kittens take too much from them they won;t survive either. the older cats all curl up in a big old cat ball, it's hard to tell where one cat ends and the other begins, this is one situation where it is not good to be top cat.

I have a Kitty too Her name is Esmerelda she is a long haired Calico. She stays in the house most of the time. Likes to wander outside and catch mice & squirrels. Especially likes to go outside when the monster dogs are in so they don't chase her!

He is my indoor cat. No claws. No protection form the other varmets out there. But he does like Little Cat. And she is ARMED!!

we have a couple of toms that are huge, they like to rub their heads on us to put their smell on us i guess(better than the other way) when those big old guys head but you in the leg they just about knock you down. i found out some thing kinda interesting, you know how toms pee all over everything? well females will do that too, i never knew that until this year.

Esmerelda does that but only outside. And especially if you see a stray cat around, then she will go around and mark what is hers. She is the only cat around here that is permanent. Sometimes a stray will come around.

we have too 'prides' of cats here. the wild cats and the tame cats and of coarse they hate each other, if you have too many cat's and too much time on your hands you really can observe lots of interesting cat habbits, for one thing the mamas are very maternial, we had my baby niece outside in a big tractor inner tube and my 3 top mamas sat all around that tube the whole time she was in there. it was very cute. i know they were protecting her.
