Sorry it took me so long to post, but I wanted to get the pics developed first. I have many many pics of birds I liked there, and I won't flood the place with them all at once, I will post one a day for your pleasure. So, instead of of being long winded here, if you will just click on that icon of mine over by my name it will take you to my journal, and it will tell all about the show! I haven't posted pics yet, and I will go ahead and post them here now. Here are NEW pics of Tim and Faith, all dolled up for the show, aren't they just beautiful?? I am so proud. Give it a minute to load, there are six pictures here. Sorry it took me so long to post, but I wanted to get the pics developed first. Laura, thanks and both of them placed first in their breed. Thats as good as it gets, as they go by breed. Only problem was, they were the only ones of their breed! I have been told its still good to get first in the breed though, some don't place. Caveman, thanks and they are Japanese Silver Phoenix, a longtail breed. I love this breed, they are strictly eye candy, the eggs are too small to fool with, unless your hatching. I don't eat their eggs, seeing as I have an overflow coming in of layer eggs now. Thanks Kenzie and DAP, they were definitely catching peoples eyes, turning heads. Some had never seen or heard of these birds. I am sorry I haven't been around much, I have the flu and it is really beating me down. Hopefully I will be well soon.
