Raining when I left work, but nothing when I got home. Had to water the garden and punkins. Getting real desperate for that wet stuff. Guess I better find a rain dancer to do a rain dance for us down here.

been wearing moccasins for several days to encourage the wet sutff. ground already cracking here and ti is only June. Rumour started by the weatherman is that we may see some rain today. I watered anyway. His track record leaves alot to be desired.

Hi deb. If your ground is cracking also, we are in bad shape. Thought it only happens here in Texas. Weather lady said we was supposed to get some rain today. The only problem she didn't mention how much. I was out back mowing and it started to rain. I counted 9 drops, Now the sun is out. Oh well, Maybe tomorrow we will get some real rain. The cracks are getting wider and deeper.

yes alot of areas in the US are in serious drought situations. Weather is so wierd. We basically had no spring went straight to summer. Alot of pharmers wheat soy and corn crops have failed. Prices are going sky high this fall and next year.

Still no rain. I lost count on the number of days. Heard on TV tonight that Lake Lavon, the lake I live by is about 11 feet low, and dropping more every day. If it drops much more, we will be in stage 4. Stage 3 is serious. This is why I keep asking for rain. Wish I could run a pipe from D.C. down here, to drain all their flood.
