Phil: I would have to tie Ruth down to get her to spend some time on the puter. She is on the go constantly between the School Bus runs, working in her flower beds-and garden. As soon as summer gets here Ill get her to join. BUT NO SECRETS!! Besides she is the quiet type. crftychk13: Yup Archie that's me all rite, but I love people-well some Having a garden to tend to every day keeps me out of a lot of trouble. When I'm workin I keepa my mouth shut.

Thanks again all you nice folks it's good to have such nice people to converse with on just about any subject, but especially gardening. Since I have retired I have pretty much settled in the idea of Organic gardening, and have hopes of continuing with a much larger operation in the next year. I have also signed up for the Master Gardeners course offered by Rutgers Agricultural extension University, and have been excepted for the next course.
I would truly like to teach more people about Organic gardening. I'm hooked on it and think everyone should be. This is a great opportunity for me to start a new chapter in my life. That probably sounds corny, but I love it.

Thanks Rita for your vote of confidence, but if you knew me- as many of my male friends do they would say " Joe? You got to be kiddin" My wife often tells me that I intimidate most people because of my rough way of expressing myself. I think I'm a pussy cat

Joe, I hope that the Master Gardening group there has advanced, the one in this county finally has, but when I was active with them, they were Dead opposed to me preaching organics, now I tried to ride the fence and preach their philosophy of if it crawls or grows and it ain't suppose to...Kill it with poison... Now, here they are dabbling in organics, and have even had a few organic courses. I found the substainable Ag group to be more to my liking... At first I was invited to lecture, attend the state fair and answer questions, be an advisor at the greenhouse openings locally... But I was told to give people both options, which I did...but the majority wanted to know/learn the organic approach...Hope your organization has advanced bro...or you'll be having some flack to deal with
