We made some more pickled peppers on Friday nite. Will take a pic.. Made some fresh ground horseradish today..talk about your eyes watering.. Now to have some on a baked tator..got almost a qt. jar of it.. Made some choc. chip cookies this a.m. also..

Phil made more salsa the other day..we just tried a bit of it..turned out real good. Yes it came from the produce we had left ripening downstairs. We still have tators to can.. We still have sauerkraut to finish up..we did a sample taste of it last weekend..It is good & we will have plenty to last a while..

Oh we put up about 9=10 lbs of pumpkin on Sunday too. & we have Brussel sprouts to blanch & freeze. We picked a bunch of them off plants that were at Rodney & Kellys..cant beat free sprouts..have enuff for several meals..
