I know what you mean. i get so tired but out there every morning to plant more. We have almost all our cool weather crops planted. still have potatoes and one 5z46 bed left to go to plant in cabbage family transplants. we bought about 4 pounds each of kenebec and yucon gold potatoes. I hope this will give me some idea on how they will grow here.

I don't think anything is as crisp as fresh. but the snow peas are good in stir fries and we are love raman noodles and it is great in those. i don't thaw first but just throw the frozen pods in the pot. i am not sure if i blanched those before freezing or not. will have to look it up.

what i like about the sugar snaps is that you can use them like snow peas when they are small, you can eat them raw right from the garden the whole time, then when they grow peas inside you can eat them pod and all or you can shuck them for just peas.

I'll take a stout thank you Alcoholic but gotta pass on the scotch  I got some homebrew stout aging in the basement. The recipe is advertized as an Australian stout, but I don't know how thats different from an Irish stout?
