Frost

Got down to 34 degrees here this morning. Spent last nite covering plants. Told the wife not to plant till after the 21 st but then I don't know nothing.

Hope everything made it ok Digger .. this time of year is always a guessing game ..
I left my plants out all night last night but temps were in the 50's

didn't see any frost this morning but Digger be south of Us, we had 34° when I got up, suppose to warm up real nice this week, only thing we had up I was worried about was Lauras rose bush, we covered it...the rest, corn really short, it should be fine, and tators, brassicas...all will be fine, onions and garlic will be fine...C'MON WARM weather...next weekend is our plant out date, weather permitting

Lauras rose bush will be fine Phil! I have even gotten snow and ect on mine and they didn't skip a beat no loss of leaves or anything
I remember I had this crazy rose bush had purple flowers .. bloomed in december it was snowing out and everything

I phigured it would be, I think everything was fine cause although the wind wasn't the typical 8-80 mph. there was a slight breeze

Potatoes in both gardens got nipped by frost so it was a good thing we covered stuff.

was suppose to get in the low 40's here but stayed in the high 40's
all still seems to be doing great ..

supposed to get in the upper 20's here tonight. gotta drag out dem blankets.
