I thought it'd be fun to have a music thread. Another way to kind of get to know each other and maybe learn about other music. I've been listening to a lot of Muse lately. Today is a cleaning day though, so I may mix it up a bit and share more later. What are you listening to?

I normally listen to country or heavy metal(old stuff), but lately all I hear is- "Whooooo Lives in a pineapple under the sea? SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS! Absorbant and yellow and porous is he." You get the idea!

I listen to a wide range of music, I hardly ever listen to the radio.... Today is a Live day. The other day I listened to a bunch of bluegrass with my pops while we drove around.

Oh I love music! Some country, but only cause thats hubby's thing. I love classical music. But mostly my biggest love is club mixes, hip hop, hard rock. I think a quick peak at my MP3 would make alot of you poor souls cringe. Would look something like this. Linkin park,Korn,MSI, Sevendust,Drowning Pool,Nickel Back,Soulja Boy, Lady Gaga, Flo Rida,Seether,Dope,ZZ Top,a ton of Lynard Skynard Classics. Thats just the tip of it. Music has a huge effect on me. I dare say I couldnt live with out it. It provides an amazing escape for me. Good thread

I have to agree crftychk13, I couldn't live without music either. I once had She talks to angels by the Black Crowes on repeat for three days straight. Don't remember what was going on at the time but it got me through it!

Don't remember what was going on at the time but it got me through it! Thats how I am. My hubby gets bored with the fact that I will be fixed on one song for a week or so. Then another, then another. Poor man...but hey...if he is in my car..its my music. His car, his music. Its only fair.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band today! Man it's been a while since I've listened to them!!! I've been to quite a few concerts- in truth I can't even remember them all- but this was one of the best at a little venue called The Barrymore Theatre in Madison, WI.
