I need a question anwered my dd bought a little cabin in Salem,Mo. she does not want to move until spring the water source is a cistern with a pump does it need to be full of water or empty for the winter. the home will be locked up tight. I know about some kind of anti-freeze do I need to put inro cistern also right now the cistern is almost empty.
