Gidday I just fear that our freedoms all over the world are slowly, well perhaps not so slowly being evroded away. How many people are killed by firearms over there in a year, compared with the number killed by cars on the road, or even by the health system. By the way, even though I am only in a tin pot little country at the bottom of the world, the things I have been talking about are actually global in nature and effect us all. I had a big argument with my Australian friends about guns.Let 3 people be killed by a gunman here its front page news there and in Britains' newspapers,they cluck and hem and haw about how backwards we are!Let 3 be killed in a car crash they never hear a word.And they are staggeringly silent on reporting their own murders,local reporting only,no mass media hysteria like they report when it happens here.Rupert Murdochs agenda eh,HE sure is afraid of armed citizens,why is that? How the news reports it is part of the problem.Also in the Los Angeles area we have gangs,and hence gangland gun murders.Outlawing guns will not stop them,they will get em. If they dont get guns it will be like Buds place ,the local news was 3 murders with KNIVES,and 2 assaults with KNIVES.Guns legal,but the murderers weapon of choice there?KNIVES.Whatever,a murderer is a murderer,period. Its the criminal mind,not the weapon,they will use their bare hands to kill if so inclined. There has been one gun death I know about in 15 years on the mountain,though last year there were 2 killings,one a non weapon beating death,the other was a teenagers fight where one hit another with a bucket and killed him. Yet every year we have a handful of motorcyclists kill themselves racing the SANDY covered slippery mtn roads,and a handful of motor vehicle crash deaths.FAR more than murders and greatly exceeding guns,but the news sure doesnt report that TRUTH,especially internationally and especially in the gun banned countries. Now OZ wants to go after knives,the Brits have,and they have you walking through metal detectors on the street but the stabbings and murders continue both places. I'll take freedom and weaponry to protect against tyranny,FREEDOM ISNT FREE,it has fatal consequences,and I for one am willing to accept that. |

Our constitution was written by the most dynamic,intelligent group of patriots ever thrown together,IMO,in the known history of the world.
I support keeping it fully intact as written by those geniuses.
We allowed the Federal Reserve in violation of the constitution and we now have dollars worth 2-3 cents without any true value backing it.Thats what happens when you mess with the constitution.
I support that document 100% and will defend it to the best of my ability until my dying day,every bit of it.

However when you have so many people thinking they are smarter then the founding fathers as we do in this country today, as well as many who have migrated here that really don't have roots or stock in the well being of our rights. Well you have this. Lots of loose cannons trying to undermine the American way of life. I have dealt with a lot of people from other countries who work here and always say they think there way is better, it's just our money that they want, many send as much as they can to there home countries, lots have property there as well as homes. Just because a few Immigrants say they love America, doesn't mean they all feel that way. People like us who speak there real feelings are usually labeled hot heads or militants,trouble makers. Or better yet wackos, and burnouts. If I expressed my true feelings about this world situation, it would be the end of my membership here on this site. Soooooooooooo. No more comment!!!! |

Couldnt agree with you more.I too am a vet,but Im hardly the vet most folks were.I had the shortest enlistment possible and the Country rewarded me generously for the time served. But it made me appreciate we have to stand up for the Country too. Im so disgusted the path we are on militarily right now,and for a while.But I have 100% support for our fighting men,better believe it.They truly do sacrifice,and their families. I used to think mandatory service would be a good thing,but I dont now,I think we are misusing our military.But service makes men of boys who otherwise were on the seriously wrong paths. Yup,these monkeys who want to mess with the constitution are fools IMO,they are not anywhere near the caliber of the founders for sure in most all cases IMO. You and me too mate, cos I am always going too far with what I say yet not saying what I want. And it aint just that way in America either, here we have had years of deliberately diluting our population with immagrants who don't give a stuff about our country. They want to come here cos it's so good, but as soon as they get here they want to change it to like what they have run away from. And that is the scarey part Eh! They want new people here for diversity of cultures but if that is what they want, why don't they just piss off to the cultures they like and leave us to how we like it. Call me a conspiracy theorist but the evidence is just too strong to ignore. Our free countries have to be toppled to bring in their new world order and I really believe that that will be helped so much by working from the inside. You may think I have been picking on your great country and it's leaders, but I aint said nothing about them that half matches what I have said here about ours. They are all in it together and that is scaring the crap out of me in some ways, yet filling me with excitement in others, because now I am believing that I will still be around to see this filthy old world coming to an end and a new one being brought in like it was written a couple of thousand years ago. And to finish, you have no idea how I love and honour the true, mainly rural Americans, but just like here, the rest can roast in hell and I am sure that won't be long now. Jack the problem is we both feel the same about what is happening in the world but our frustrations get the better of us. People are people no matter were ya go, there are those that want to live in harmony like us, and the rest of those SOBS that will never be able to live peacefully. If we patriots dont speak up,if we dont vote for patriots we all can kiss our middle classes and great freedom goodbye,its the same all over and same for us ALL! Now I know why so many people over there are prepping. Bare with me here, This bill that Lieberman is trying to ram up our reminds me of a story in the bible. The tower of babel, as the story goes man was trying to build a tower to heaven when god saw what he was attempting to do he struck them with different languages so they were unable to communicate with one another, thus could not complete the tower and it was destroyed. I'm not trying to equate Lieberman with god, just that the similarity of destroying mans ability to communicate with each other, only in this case the Internet is for the betterment of all of us. I pose a question. What does freedom really mean to Americas government? We should be looking into the Tea party movement. |
