Haven't been around much - multiple health issues are having a toll on this ol' carcass. Spend most of my time now resting in bed or napping. Get tired VERY easily and very quickly now - seems that the fungal lung infection I had back in 2006 also did damage to most of the other major organs as well.
Don't even have the energy to attempt to plant a veggie garden - looks like we'll be hitting the local farmer's markets, which is probably cheaper in the long run.
Hope everyone is doing well, and I miss you all.

Oneoldbear~ Sorry to hear of your health problems. I've had to cut way back myself and retire from the work world. Still trying to make a garden this year with the realization it could be my last. Somehow getting old and feeble ain't as much fun as I thought it was gonna be.

That's a shame bro, hope things straighten out for you soon...having some minor issues myself...getting things done slowly...maybe there is someone nearby that would do your garden for some of the produce...at least you wouldn't need to visit the farmers market??

Really sorry to hear yer feeling badly oneoldbear, seams like a lot of us old timers are beginnin ta feel the aches and pains of life. I try not to let my afflictions keep me from enjoying what Ive loved, but sometimes we need to regroup and find another way to approach the problem. I think Phil has given you one way to deal with it. I'm sure you can come up with one yer self. Good luck, and feel better.
