The nuclear scan showed that my gallbladder function is normal, no stones - it fills and empties within 20 minutes, so that is not the problem. They did a LOT of chest/rib x-rays, and have me scheduled for a full blood chemistry panel on June 11th to look for any possible cancer "markers" in the bloodstream. Also have a complete endoscopy scheduled for August 26th to run the camera down my throat and have a "look see" around the plumbing. Meanwhile, the edema's still happening, I'm almost constantly nauseas with periodic intense pain below the ribs on the right side....Trying to hold off on taking so many painkillers, because I do not want to add addiction to my list of problems... Spending more time in the recliner or in bed, when what I want is to be outside working in the garden or doing some kind of yard work. All the prayers and good vibes are appreciated....Will do our best to keep everyone posted.....
