By the end of the weekend we will have the pictures we took today posted of the flooding a short distance from us. We stayed away from Owatonna. It did make the National nightly news on Friday. Things have really taken a beating here. It is sad to see all the damage. Mother nature has not been very kind to us here.  |

I'd really like to see those pics since we know your area well.
As you know, flooding is a way of life along the Mississippi.
We were at or above official flood stage from March through July!

No damage here..we had enuff water in the ditches to swim in..

yeah, we had no damage, but the water was out of the drainage ditches and creeping up into the yard...good thing the rain stopped, most is back to normal here, at the scene of these pics though, several roads are still closed and impassable
nothing like the flood down home in 93 though Axe, bro, You ever see that movie shot by Ed Vincent of the flood of 93? I'd like to see that again

I can talk to Ed and see if I can get you a DVD if you like.
I wouldn't mind having one myself.
If I remember correctly, Ed put that on either Keokuk.com or Vinson Media.com
I'll be talking to him soon as we are going back into the studio to finish our CD.
