I know the market isn't the greatest at this time on selling houses, but we need to get rid of this place somehow because we can't pay taxes on two houses anymore. My wife wanted it to be these colors which I don't like. I was thinking about painting it with a medium tan color with green trimming to go with the brick, what do you think? What can I do to fix up the outside to catch buyers eyes? I don't want to rent it out anymore due to renters destroying it again. We were asking one hundred and fifteen thousand for the place, and it has many improvements we put into it, it has a small yard. Here is some pics of the inside. Here is the kitchen area, we put up some wood paneling on the back splash area. This is the mudroom area attached to the garage.

did you type that right? That house here would go for 150 THOUSAND.
Fresh paint is good, the more neutral the better, whites, beiges. Curb appeal is a major plus. Gardens, lots of flowers.

Definitely curve appeal. How many bedrooms and bathrooms? If there is room for kids you might want to think about a fence for the yard. I think your colors sound good. Maybe window boxes full of colorful flowers along your railings?
