I have one that goes 45mph and one that goes 35mph, they both are the same machine but one goes faster, anyone know what I can do to fix the other one that goes 35mph?

No problem.......it's only a governer adjustment........or throttel cable..........fixed 123

Roads er pretty bad around here as far as bumps, sure do hope the shocks last on those things

It's a 2, heard that most scooter places put washers in the muffler to keep it at a low speed ( Restricker), problem is it's welded inside

Could have a restrictor.....don't know........but, i would still think you could adjust the throttle cable so it would open the slide on the carb more to give it more speed.

Shes opened as far as she can go, might have to find anoder carb with a bigger opening

The throat of the carb hose is about 2 inches and from the filter body it is only 1/2 inch so I widened it some and cleaned the air filter, too windy to ride it today, almost fell off of er

Are ya sure thats why ?? I just seen one cranking at about 70 today .. I coldn't believe it ... he must have some Mad Scooter skills !! My husband agrees about the Govener ajustment on the Carberator.. he says it just has to be.. Good luck!!

I was able to get to the carb but couldn't phind any adjustments at all, did the throttle cable as far as it could go but nothing happened, maybe the carb is factory set to avoid changing er something
