Lets all add some pics, that will serve as Inspiration and MOTIVATION...for Us All, these are some of Ours, and Some of Dan Carlsons, I met him in Austin, Mn. at the weigh-off, he too raised his Pumpkins organically, as Do I, and One of the Current World Record holder, a Long time TOP Grower/ Heavy Hitter, Al Eaton. The 527, when it was 30 days old!Laura and the baby 461Dan Carlson and Marc Peterson at the Austin, Mn. weigh-off, they one Top prize with this 930 pounder!! but this was his smallest!Dan Carlson, 2nd. Largest in the World in 2004 And Last, But The TOP Pumpkin...Al Eaton and his 1446 World Record Holder from 2004!

it kind of scares me!! looks like we'll be eating alot of pumpin pies, bread, bars, cookies.... worse things could happen to you i quess.

First I gotta thank Phil for the pics. Next, are punkins that big good to eat? I wonder how big the seeds are from that 1446 pounder. Don't know what I would do with one that big. Probably take pics of the neighbors by it. I bet all those large ones are grown organically.I sure am learning alot 'bout growing these giant punkins. Next year, I will have one to show for all my hard work. They better appreciate the misting system I am gona build for them. Hey Phil, hows 'bout trying for a 1 ton punkin next year. Sure would like to read 'bout you with the largest punkin with a pic of you and Laura next to it. It would make one GIANT Jack-0-Lantern!! Happy Punkin Growing to each and everyone of us. One of us must set the a new record. Doug: I like your punkin lift.
