Two of the punkin seeds are poking thru. Guess they got lonely under the soil, or maybe they could'nt breath. From a 821 pounder: From a 116 pounder: More pics as they grow.

Thanks 8-)farmer. Curious how they will do this year. If we get rain periodically during the summer, maybe they will do good. Trying for a 500 pounder this year. Lots of punkin pies and seeds.

My little Giants: Taken tonight 05/08/2006. The race is on to which one does the best. Maybe I can get one punkin from each seed. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Gona post a new pic tomorrow night after work. Was suprised to see them tonight when I got home. They are about 12 inches high with hugh elephant leaves. Suspect they like not being in the sun all day.

Here are my 'no so little' punkins. Should start running pretty soon. Took the pic between the rain. Wan't enough rain to get the driveway wet.

Yes I folair feed them twice a week with compost tea. I am starting to make 10 gallons at at time because 5 gallons is not enough. First I give each plant a cup full than put the remainder in the pump up sprayer and spray the plants. Don't seem to have enough to spray. With 10 gallons I will have extra to spray the trees with, since I planted 21 Rose of Sharons tonight. Will need more tea from them.
