I'm not sure what the blue ones are. Thats a VERY close up shot. Here they are with me standing. Some people were calling them forget me nots, but the pics I have of forget me nots, in books have a different shaped head/stem than these. There is a wild dandelion with very narrow serrated leaves. The hawkwed has lon skinny smooth leaves. I'll look in my book for the scientific name later. That phlox pic is the early spring wild kind. Yes it is white. I also have a tall DaRk purple summer flowering garden one called 'Nikki'

the white phlox is pretty, i have some wild thats light purple i have the tall garden phlox that purple too, ya know if you plant them in full sun the sun will bleach them a lighter color. i tried it n it works, the more shade the darker the color n the more sun the lighter the color. i had to much time on my hands one year. i didnt even think of forget me nots , they do look like em images.google.com/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=forget+me+nots+flowers&btnG=Search+Images

Wrennie, your flower photos just made my day. I think the Violets are my favorite. They grow all in the woods here. And my Grandma always loved them. So every time I see them makes me think of her. She has been gone along time and I still miss her. CF
