heres my spot in the yard for the birds though i admit im to lazy to get up there in the winter, i need o make some steppin stones or somthing so i dont slip n slide in the ice or mud maybe i will this summer. i planted the pine tree cause the like the needles for nests, the tree to the right is officaly dead so ill dig it up n plant a bush. ya cant sit on the bench cause its gotta crack, but the birds can i just toss birdseed on it. theres black berrys growin wild behind it n i plant sunflowers around it, im thinkin what else i can do to it, i do want birdhouses. anyone else gotta spot for the birds?

Birds love running water. If you can't have it moving add a birdbath.Make sure its shallow, they can't swim, and that its not a slippery inside surface. You're trying to imitate a puddle. Birds also lke to take dust baths. Heres DIRECTIONS to make one. Here are some shrubs that the birds will use for food and some for nesting too. --> bushes
