A few pictures I took last week of my front garden. I have alot of flower beds scattered throughout the yard but my front garden is my pride and joy. I did get to plant my carrots, headed onions and red potatoes a couple of weeks ago, but that 's all I have done in the vegetable garden. I was just down there and I lost the carrot row. Water went right across it in 4 different places. I will be adding more pictures as time goes along. One of my azaleas Creeping Phlox in my front garden My Japanese maple Bleeding heart

I lucked out on the creeping phlox. I was at Lowe's 4 years ago and they were marking down all kind of flowers. I got the phlox for .25 cents a pot. I brought home a truck load that morning of annuals and perennials they had marked down. Some were rather puny looking but with a little TLC they all lived and I was a happy camper.
I love all the spring bloomers even dandelions. Sorta renews the spirit after a long cold winter.

I like them all, very pretty indeed. Garden washing, some of ours does also. But you did get rain, just look at your flowers. CF

Sorry to hear about your ankle Joyce. That's the last thing you need with your garden to tend to.
Lovely photos, and such a lot of space. I am ever so slighly jealous. ;D

Thank ya. Summer has kicked in here for sure. Up in the 90's and the humidity to match it. I love it. Picked my first summer yellow squash today and had enough I put up 2 bags in the freezer. Having trouble with red mites on my tomatoes. I have tried the dishsoap mixed with water and squirted them a couple of times and they are still on them. I will post some more pictures soon. I love reading and looking at y'alls gardens. I live for this time of the year. I feel so at peace out in my gardens.

Me too! Nothing like working up a sweat out there and then sitting back and admiring what you have accomplished. I call it "my therapy"
