these are my pics from last year. the second one is me holdin a real chicken egg up to a wonder egg, lol, sorry lost my pic of the flower. this is a tender annual, you can start in pots before frost indoors or out after, n takes bout 5 months to "egg out" if you want to keep them in pots 3 gal or bigger is best. put in full sum n blooms lil purple flowers from late summer to early fall, when the flower dies it forms a egg seed pod. the egg is white then turns a golden yellow.

Those are so darn cool!! I started some seeds, but I think damping off got em all. They got about 2 inches tall and just died. I didn't know that the eggs got that big!

that kept happin to me last year, i have no luck starting seeds indoors, n tender annuals to boot! i still have a few seeds if ya want some, im starting mine this week. its nice enough to have the windows open for air flow lol

Tonya try again but sprinkle the surface of the soil with ground cinnamon. Its worked for me so far and I'm damping off queen!

k tonya, or you could just toss em in the dirt some were n see what happends, your weathers alot nicer than mine, tender annuals should do good for you. penny i sent you some down in the pgrass,
