I pulled some wild garlic, great big bulbs, and they are drying....so good for winter fare..love to use them in meats, such good flavor...

lookin good Oh2...did ya check out the June garden thread, gotta pic of the garlic ya sent me, doin good, will be bout a month fer it's ready. grannyg, I use to love finding wild garlic when I was in the woods...comin home with garlic breath

Thanks botesbabe, now is the time to find some big seed garlic from a grower near you. We plant it around October and if you wait, it will be all gone. Try a couple varieties, maybe one softneck and one hardneck to see what does well for you. A couple lbs. of each goes a long way once you break up the bulbs. Make sure you plant the cloves pointy end up!
