Here is their facebook link www.facebook.com/saferbrand and their web page www.saferbrand.com/potassium salts, fatty acids are normal in these type of products. Safer has many products OMRI listed and compliant for use in organic gardening products that are helpful; albeit expensive. Neem oil has been added to many of their products, but in very dilute amounts, not the 100% cold pressed neem oil that is much less expensive, and does a way better job one such product we use for Aphids is an insecticidal/fungicidal soap/neem mix called Concern Garden Defense Multi-Purpose Spray, Concentrate

"potassium salts of fatty acids" means soap, soft soap to be exact. Hard soap would say "sodium salts of fatty acids".
