Hello, and any help on this is much appreciated. I have grown many of vegys, flowers, herbs..etc..from seed with not too many problems, except this one.....Lavender. Did I get a bad pack, or is there some soaking required, this one has me stumped.....Thanks and let me know....Blane.

Germination takes 14-21 days, according to the book. How long has it been since you sowed the seed? JT

I have read you have to chill the seeds before sowing. Put them in the fridge for 2 weeks first. I've never had any luck with them either.

Pre-chilling may help. Try this: Sow seed on a wet paper towel, fold it over, wrap in plastic, and chill for a couple of weeks.
Then sow seed in pots, covering very thinly, as light helps germination, at a temperature of about 70 degrees.
