I have a 30X30 veggie garden, full sun part shade, very sandy soil in lovely central oklahoma New stuff growing 2011: Cantaloupes - I heard good things about “ambrosia” Sugar Snap Peas Lettuce got free “Black seeded Simpson” from bakers creek giving it a try ‘Lemon’ cucumbers ‘cosmic’ carrots Onion – tried last year but im calling “do over” I spaced them too close and didn’t fertilize Herbs - Also WSed some poppies for the first fime. All the Rest: Beans – pole and bush Cucumbers – direct seed Pepper – transplants, Jalapeno a must Tomato – transplants, ‘celebrity’ last year did wonderful Okra Turnip – will wait for fall Carrot – making my own seed tape this year Radish Squash/Zucchini – might try the floating row cover thing and had pollinate. The squash vine borers hit last year and wiped out my whole crop. I also been researching blueberries. It sound like a good long term project to start. We do eat a lot of blueberries. Any recommendations on where to buy some? Cook's garden seemed okay. I know Rabbiteye varieties are recommended here. I'm already thinking of scaling back some due to the severe drought here in OK. As im typing this its 75 degrees out and high fire danger.

You're planting a lot of stuff. Does it all fit in that one area?
